We will investigate the issue and work with you to resolve it, which may include:
- Troubleshooting technical difficulties
- Providing an alternative course or material if the issue is related to the course content
If the issue cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, we may consider providing access to another course or other remedial solutions, but no refunds will be issued.
